(S)-P-SCN-BN-NOTA TFA can be conjugated to PDGFRβ affibodies for subsequent radiolabeling. (S)-P-SCN-BN-NOTA TFA is used in pancreatic cancer research [1].
In Vitro, (S)-P-SCN-BN-NOTA TFA (10:1 molar ratio (chelator to protein); 4 h) conjugates to ZPDGFRβ affibody to form a conjugate suitable for 64Cu radiolabeling with radiochemical purity greater than 95%[1].
