Description

BC-GLA is a benzylcytosine derivative conjugated with glutaric acid. BC-GLA is the acid form of BC-GLA-NHS. BC-GLA-NHS (CLIP-GLA-NHS) is an NHS-labeled CLIP tag, belonging to amine-reactive crosslinkers that enable site-specific protein labeling [1].

In Vitro, BC-GLA (Compound 21) can conjugate with N7NPE-BG-NH2 to form the heterobifunctional reagent BC-GLA-N7NPE-BG[1].
