D-Xylopyranose is a type of sugar. D-Xylopyranose exists in the forms of α-D-Xylopyranose and β-D-Xylopyranose. β-D-Xylopyranose is regarded as a model structural motif of the fundamental chemical structure of hemicellulose [1] [2].
