In Vitro, ABC transporter modulator-1 upregulates the expression of wild-type ABCC6 with an EC50 of <1 μM[1]. ABC transporter modulator-1 upregulates the expression of wild-type ABCC4 with an EC50 of <1 μM[1]. ABC transporter modulator-1 increases the expression of ABCA4P1380L, with an EC50 of <1 μM[1].
