Concanavalin A -AF488 (Con A-AF488) is an AF488-labled Concanavalin A. Concanavalin A is a Ca 2+ /Mn 2+ -dependent and mannose/glucose-binding plant lectin. Concanavalin A binds the N- and O-glycosylated proteins of head and neck carcinoma cells glycoproteins [1].
