Dibenzocyclooctyne-Cy5.5 is a click chemiluminescent probe formed by coupling Dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) with Cy5.5 (Ex=673nm, Em=707nm) near-infrared fluorescent dye. DBCO can undergo copper-free click chemistry (SPAAC, strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition) with azide groups, without the need for Cu⁺ catalysis, and can be used for in vitro and in vivo labeling of living cells[1][2].
