Description

FLRT3 produced in Sf9 insect cells is a single,glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 508 amino acids (29-528a.a.) andhaving a molecular mass of 57.6kDa. (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear atapproximately 70-100kDa).FLRT3 is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag atC-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Stabilité
