Description

Non-activated sulfo-Cyanine5 carboxylic acid, water soluble dye. This dye is highly hydrophilic and water-soluble. Non-sulfonated analog is available.

The fluorophore is an equivalent of Cy5® carboxylic acid.

For labeling applications consider using pre-activated sulfo-Cy5 NHS ester

Well soluble in water, DMF, DMSO (0.35 M = 240 g/L). Practically insoluble in non-polar organic solvents.

Conseils généraux
Choisissez un solvant adapté selon les données de solubilité du produit. Après préparation, répartissez la solution mère en aliquotes afin d’éviter les cycles répétés de congélation-décongélation.
Utilisez les solutions mères dans les 6 mois si elles sont conservées à -80°C, ou dans le mois si elles sont conservées à -20°C.
Pour améliorer la solubilité, réchauffez le tube à 37°C et soniquez-le pendant une durée appropriée.
Conditions d’expédition
