In Vivo, Lanerkitug shows a good safety profile in cynomolgus monkeys[2].
In Vitro, Lanerkitug (0.001 pM-10000 pM; 2-4 h) mediates potent Fc-dependent ADCC of human CCR8-expressing HEK293 cells and primary human activated Tregs (EC50 = 0.35-0.48 pM)[1]. Lanerkitug selectively deplets human CCR8+ Tregs via antibody dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP)[2].
