meso-CF3-BODIPY 2 (CF3-substituted Tetramethyl BODIPY) is a fluorescent dye with the absorption wavelength (λ abs ) of 553 nm and emission wavelength (λ em ) of 622 nm. meso-CF3-BODIPY 2 can be used in labeling reagents and photodynamic therapy [1] [2].
In Vitro, meso-CF3-BODIPY 2 have significant utility in a variety of applications, such as labeling reagents, organic photovoltaics, organic light-emitting diodes, photodynamic therapy[1].
