Murine ZP3 peptide (330-342) is a zona pellucida 3 polypeptide fragment with the amino acid sequence NSSSSQFQIHGPR. Murine ZP3 peptide (330-342) induces autoimmune premature ovarian failure (POF). Murine ZP3 peptide (330-342) can be used for the research of premature ovarian failure [1].
In Vivo, Murine ZP3 peptide (330-342) (emulsified in complete Freund’s adjuvant (CFA) ) (50 nmol/L; s.c.; the second injection at an interval of 7 days (emulsified in incomplete Freund’s adjuvant (IFA) )) reliably induces premature ovarian failure in female Balb/c mice, as evidenced by disrupted serum hormone and cytokine profiles, altered ovarian and uterine morphology, reduced endometrial receptivity markers, and perturbed local immune cell populations[1].
