Pentane-1,5-diamine- 15 N 2 dihydrochloride is the 15 N 2 -labeled Pentane-1,5-diamine (dihydrochloride). Pentane-1,5-diamine dihydrochloride is a putrescine. Pentane-1,5-diamine dihydrochloride can be incorporated into lobeline, but it is not a conventional intermediate in the lysine-to-lobeline synthesis process [1].
In Vitro, Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs.
