Description

Schnurri-3 inhibitor-1 is a potent schnurri-3 inhibitor which is an essential regulator of adult bone formation. Schnurri-3 inhibitor-1 can inhibit Shn3 with EF1alpha promoter in osteoblast cell line Shn3FFL with an AC50 value of 2.09 渭M. Schnurri-3 inhibitor-1 can be used to research osteoporosis.

Schnurri-3 inhibitor-1 (0-50 渭M; 24 h) can inhibit Shn3 with EF1alpha promoter in SV40 large T antigen-transformed osteoblast cell line (Clone20-Shn3FFL) with an AC50 value of 2.09 渭M[1].
Schnurri-3 inhibitor-1 (0.195-26 渭M; 48 h) exhibits moderate activity in HepG2 mammalian cells with an AC50 value of 54.73 渭M[1].
