Protocol

Instructions for Use:

1) Add 10 μg of RNase B to 1 μL of 500 mM sodium acetate (pH 7.5), and bring the volume to 10 μL with deionized water;

2) Add 1-2 μL of EndoH and gently mix by pipetting;

3) Incubate at 37°C for 1 h;

4) Analyze using SDS-PAGE or mass spectrometry.

Note: Incubation time or enzyme dosage needs to be optimized based on actual conditions.
