4'-Hydroxy-2,4-dimethoxychalcone (compound 2; oral; 160 mg/kg) has a T1/2 of 1.94 hours, a Cmax of 158 ng/mL and an AUC of 384 ng鈥/mL in four- to five-week-old ICR mice[1].
