Boc-Phe-Ser-Arg-AMC TFA is a fluorescence peptide substrate with specificity. Boc-Phe-Ser-Arg-AMC TFA can be cleaved by tryptase-like serine proteases ( TLSPs ) to generate fluorescent products, thereby enabling the detection of TLSPs activity. Boc-Phe-Ser-Arg-AMC TFA can be used in studies related to rosacea [1] [2].
In Vitro, Boc-Phe-Ser-Arg-AMC TFA serves as a fluorescent substrate for purified bovine pancreatic trypsin and purified porcine pancreatic kallikrein[1]. Boc-Phe-Ser-Arg-AMC TFA enables the detection of TLSP activity in protein extracts from human facial skin tape strips and NHEK lysates via fluorescence polarization[2].
