Br-Val-Ala-NH2-bicyclo[1.1.1]pentane-7-MAD-MDCPT can be conjugated to an anti-c-Met antibody to form an anti-c-Met topoisomerase 1 Inhibitorsantibody drug conjugate (ADC)[1].
