AM2201 is a potent synthetic cannabinoid (CB) that binds the CB1 and CB2 receptors with high affinity (Kis = 1.0 and 2.6 nM, respectively). [1] F2201 is an analog of AM2201 with a fluorine at the 4 position of the naphthyl group. The physiological and toxicological properties of this compound have not been delineated. This product is intended for research and forensic purposes.
