In Vitro, JWP24 (0.005-80 μM; 1.5 h) acetate potently disrupts the interaction between MAGE-A4 and RAD18 in HEK293 cells, with an IC50 of 0.5 μM, and exhibits no cytotoxicity at effective concentrations[1]. JWP24 (10 μM; 2 h) acetate inhibits the interaction between MAGE-A4 and RAD18 in H1299 cell lysates[1].
