LY3541860

LY3541860 is a selective anti- CD19 antibody that both binds human CD19 with high affinity and selectively binds human B cells ( K d values: 76.8 pM and 94.5 nM for humans and cynomolgus monkeys, respectively). LY3541860 inhibits CpG-induced CD69 expression ( IC₅₀ = 0.006 nM). LY3541860 exhibits potent B cell inhibitory activities. LY3541860 can inhibit both BCR- and TLR-induced human B cell activation. LY3541860 can be used for the research of autoimmune diseases ^[1].

In Vivo, LY3541860 (0.01-1.0 mg/kg; s.c.; weekly) inhibits B cell activation and immunoglobulin secretion in female humanized NSG mice (with a human IgM secretion attenuation of 57-78%)^[1].

In Vitro, LY3541860 (1.6-1000 nM) binds human and cynomolgus CD19 with high affinity (Kd values: 76.8 pM, 94.5 nM, respectively^[1]. LY3541860 (30 minutes) selectively binds human B cells in whole blood (EC50 = 0.184 ± 0.008 nM)^[1]. LY3541860 (0.001 nM-10 nM; 30 min) inhibits B cell proliferation (IC₅₀ = 0.008 nM)^[1]. LY3541860 (0.1 pM-10 nM) can inhibit CpG-induced CD69 expression (IC₅₀ = 0.006 nM)^[1].
