Mecbotamab is a humanized IgG1-κ antibody targeting to AXL receptor tyrosine kinase (AXL). Mecbotamab can serves as a conditionally active biologic (CAB), which can be conjugated with MMAE via a cleavable linker, to form ADC Mecbotamab vedotin (BA3011)[1][2].
