In Vivo, MeDZ (25%) LNPs (5 μg Luc mRNA per mouse; s.c.; single injection) deliver mRNA to mouse lymph nodes with 1.7-fold higher endosomal escape efficiency than BNT162b2 LNPs, resulting in enhanced luciferase expression[1].
