Misitatug blivedotin (RC88) is an antibody-drug conjugate ( ADC ) targeting mesothelin ( MSLN ). Misitatug blivedotin binds to mesothelin and exhibits dose‐dependent antitumor activity. Misitatug blivedotin can be used for the research of ovarian cancer, non-squamous non-small-cell lung carcinoma, cervical cancer [1] [2].
In Vivo, Misitatug blivedotin (0.7-3 mg/kg; i.v.; Q1W × 1 or Q1W × 3) exhibits dose‐dependent antitumor activity in female Balb/c nude mice implanted subcutaneously with 3 million OVCAR3‐MSLN‐3# or H292‐MSLN‐9C8 cells[2].
In Vitro, RC88 effectively blocks CA125 from binding to MSLN[3].
