Description

Runimotamab (BTRC-4017A) is a HER2 and CD3 T cell-engaging bispecific antibody. Runimotamab can decrease the size of liver tumor spheroids. Runimotamab can be studied in oncology research such as HER2-expressing cancers. Recommend Isotype Controls: Human IgG1 kappa, Isotype Control [1] [2].

In Vitro, Runimotamab, when administered in combination with trastuzumab (HY‑P9907), demonstrates superior antitumor activity against locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer[1].
