7,8-Dehydro pregnenolone is an endogenous 5,7-diene steroid present in fetal horse testes and ovaries. 7,8-Dehydro pregnenolone acts as an intermediate for biosynthesis of Dydrogesterone [1] [2].
In Vitro, 7,8-Dehydro pregnenolone is an endogenous steroid present in fetal horse testes at 1.3 μg/g and fetal horse ovaries at 1.0 μg/g[1].
