Elfritatug (UCB4594) is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting human leukocyte antigen-G ( HLA-G ). By binding to HLA-G on the surface of tumor cells, Elfritatug blocks its immunosuppressive effect, thereby enhancing the body's immune response against tumors [1].
