Type IV collagen peptide acetate is a cell-binding ligand peptide derived from type IV collagen. (The sequence is TAGSCLRKFSTM) [1].

In Vitro, Type IV collagen peptide acetate modulates growth and nitric oxide production in human aortic endothelial cells when presented as a ligand on gelled RAD16-I peptides[1].
