Descripción (Description)

ZER1 binder-2 is a ZER1 E3 ubiquitin ligase binder with an EC 50 value of 51.04 nM. ZER1 binder-2 is applicable to the research of cancers induced by HPV infection [1].

In Vitro, ZER1 binder-2 (Example 313) binds to the purified ZER1 (469-766) protein in fluorescence polarization assays, with an EC50 of 51.04 nM[1].
