Description

Sulfo-TAG TFP ester disodium is a tetrafluorophenyl (TFP) ester that conjugates with proteins via primary amine groups. Sulfo-TAG TFP ester disodium exhibits stronger hydrophobicity than NHS esters and higher resistance to hydrolysis in aqueous solutions. Sulfo-TAG TFP ester disodium can be used for antibody labeling.

In Vitro, Sulfo-TAG TFP ester disodium is suitable for electrochemiluminescence-based immunoassays, with excellent stability and reaction efficiency.
