Description

SuO-Glu-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE -d 8 -1 (NHS-Glutarate-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE-d 8 -1) is the deuterated-labeled SuO-Glu-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE. SuO-Glu-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE (NHS-Glutarate-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE) consists a cleavable ADC linker (SuO-Glu-Val-Cit-PAB) and a potent tubulin inhibitor (MMAE). SuO-Glu-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE can be used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) [1].

In Vitro, Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs.
