Trans-R-138727 is the trans isomer of R-138727 . R-138727 is the active metabolite of the antiplatelet agent Prasugrel . R-138727 is an irreversible inhibitor for the platelet receptor P2Y12, and inhibits ADP-induced platelet activation and aggregation.
