4-Chloro-3-(2,4-dioxo-1,3-diazinan-1-yl)benzoic acid

4-Chloro-3-(2,4-dioxo-1,3-diazinan-1-yl)benzoic acid is an E3 ligase ligand that can be used in the recruitment of CRBN protein. 4-Chloro-3-(2,4-dioxo-1,3-diazinan-1-yl)benzoic acid can used to synthesis of PROTAC SOS1 degrader-4 ^[1].

In Vitro, PROTAC consists of two distinct ligands linked by a linker; one is the ligand of E3 ubiquitin ligase, and the other is the ligand of the target protein. PROTAC selectively degrades target proteins by utilizing the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system.
