BLD1102 is a linker-load conjugate ( Drug-Linker Conjugates for ADC ) consisting of a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor BCPT02 and a protease-cleavable linker. BLD1102 can be used to synthesize ADCs. BLD1102 can be used in cancer research [1].

In Vitro, BCG033-BLD1102 showed strong antitumor activity in a colorectal cancer PDX model[1].
