GGFG-Exatecan TFA is a synthetic intermediate for drug-linker conjugates used in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). GGFG-Exatecan TFA consists of a glycyl-glycyl-phenylalanyl-glycine (GGFG) tetrapeptide linker and a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor Exatecan. GGFG-Exatecan TFA can be used for the study of cancer [1].
