MAL3-101 هو مثبط فعال لتحول شكل بروتين الصدمة الحرارية 70 (HSP70). يعمل MAL3-101 عن طريق منع تفاعلات شريك جزيئات Hsp40 لتثبيط نشاط إنزيم ATPase HSP70. يمكن استخدام MAL3-101 في دراسة سرطان المثانة التسللي للغشاء العضلات.
