TIC10 isomer is the analogue of TIC10/ONC201[1]. The TIC10 isomer can be used as a model compound to analyze the active structure and optimize the production route of TIC10[2]. TIC10 isomer can be used as an internal reference to develop new nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) methods for characterizing related compounds[3].
