Autophagy-IN-8 is an autophagy inhibitor. Autophagy-IN-8 exhibits antiproliferative activity against cancer cells. Autophagy-IN-8 can be used in the research of melanoma and pancreatic cancer [1].

In Vitro, Autophagy-IN-8 (DQ 660) exhibits antiproliferative activity against cancer cells[1].
