DBCO-PEG2-amine is a click chemistry reagent [1]. DBCO-PEG2-amine has a strain-promoting alkyne group (DBCO), a hydrophilic polyethylene glycol (PEG2) chain, and a reactive amino terminus [1]. DBCO-PEG2-amine efficiently undergoes click reactions (SPAAC) with azide-modified molecules without the need for a copper catalyst [2]. DBCO-PEG2-amine is used in cell labeling, drug delivery, bioimaging, and other fields, and has good biocompatibility and reaction selectivity [3].
