Anti-Mouse CTLA-4/CD152 (LALA-PG) Antibody (9D9) is a mouse-derived IgG2a κ type antibody inhibitor targeting to mouse CTLA-4/CD152. Anti-Mouse CTLA-4/CD152 (LALA-PG) Antibody (9D9) contains a LALA-PG mutation in the Fc fragment rendering it unable to bind to endogenous Fcγ receptors. Anti-Mouse CTLA-4/CD152 (LALA-PG) Antibody (9D9) can be used for the researches of cancer and immunology, such as colon [1] [2].
In Vivo, Anti-Mouse CTLA-4/CD152 (LALA-PG) Antibody (9D9) (500 μg at 1 day before injection, 250 μg at day 2 and 5, i.p.) increases regulatory T cells, T follicular helper and T follicular regulatory cells in NP-2W1S-GFP transferred mice[1]. Anti-Mouse CTLA-4/CD152 (LALA-PG) Antibody (9D9) (15 mg/kg, i.p., a single dose) shows potent anti-tumor effect in colon 26 tumor mice models[2].
In Vitro, The antibody framework is stable, specific and adaptable, and has the ability to bind both antigens and endogenous immune receptors. Monoclonal antibodies have several derivatives, including bispecific antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, and antibody fragments, and have significant effects in fields such as immunology and oncology. When designing inhibitory antibodies, considerations include identification of antigen-specific variable regions, choice of expression system, use of multispecific formats, and antibody derivatives based on fragmentation, oligomerization, or conjugation with other functional moieties[1].
