5-HT2C agonist-3 ((+)-19) is a selective 5-HT2C agonist ( EC 50: 24 nM, K i: 78 nM). 5-HT2C agonist-3 has antipsychotic drug-like activity. 5-HT2C agonist-3 blocks Amphetamine-induced hyperactivity [1].
