Sofetabart (LY-4170156 Antibody) is a humanized IgG1 antibody that specifically targets folate receptor α ( FRα ). Sofetabart can be used to synthesize the antibody-drug conjugate ( ADC ) Sofetabart mipitecan. Sofetabart is applicable to research related to advanced ovarian cancer, platinum-resistant epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer or primary peritoneal cancer, as well as platinum-sensitive ovarian cancer [1] [2] [3] [4].
In Vitro, Sofetabart (LY-4170156 Antibody) serves as an FRα-targeting antibody for synthesizing the sofetabart mipitecan antibody-drug conjugate (ADC)[1][2][3][4].
