Description

BMY-25368 drochloride is a histamine H2 receptor antagonist that acts as a gastric acid secretion inhibitor. BMY-25368 drochloride competitively antagonizes gastric secretion stimulated by histamine and also antagonizes gastric secretion stimulated by Pentagastrin , Bethanechol , and food[1].
