SjDX5-271 is a small 3 kDa peptide. SjDX5-271 inhibits the TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway. SjDX5-271 induces cell polarization. SjDX5-271 alleviats hepatic inflammation. SjDX5-271 protects mice against liver ischemia-reperfusion injury [1].
