Anti-Mouse PD-L1 Antibody

Anti-Mouse PD-L1 Antibody (10F.9G2)は、マウスPD-L1 (CD274/B7-H1)に対抗するIgG2b抗体阻害剤であり、宿主はラットである^[1]。Anti-Mouse PD-L1 Antibodyは、動物に使われ、PD-L1を遮断できる^[2]。PD-L1は、プログラム細胞死-1(PD-1)のリガンドの一つであり、もう一つはPD-L2である。PD-1はCD28スーパーファミリーのメンバーである。PD-1経路の阻害は自己免疫を促進し増強する^[3]。PD-1の阻害剤とそのリガンド、通称免疫チェックポイント阻害剤は、T細胞の反応を増強できる^[4]。PD-L1は数多くのマウスとヒト癌で豊富に発見され、IFN-γ刺激の下、更に上方制御できる^[5]。
