Br-DAPI는 DAPI 시리즈의 표지 염료입니다. DAPI는 DNA와 강력하게 결합할 수 있는 형광 염료입니다. DAPI는 이중 나선 DNA의 A/T 염기쌍이 있는 작은 홈에 결합합니다(1개의 DAPI 분자가 3개의 염기쌍 위치를 차지할 수 있음). 이로 인해 형광 강도가 약 20배 증폭됩니다. 형광 강도를 관찰하여 DNA를 정량화 할 수 있습니다. 또한, DAPI는 완전한 세포막을 통과할 수 있으므로 생체 내 및 고정된 세포에서 사용됩니다. 보관 방법: 어두운 곳에 보관하세요.
