Description of DC-Chol (hydrochloride)

DC-Chol (hydrochloride)은 Aβ40 섬유체 형성을 억제할 수 있으며, DC-Chol(hydrochloric acid)은 산화된 hCT의 엠파이로이드 형성을 억제할 수 있다.

DC-Chol(hydrochloric acid)에 대해서, Aβ40(30 µM)가 낮은 농도의 DC-Chol(hydrochloride)(50 ng/mL)와 공존시킨 이미지에서 Aβ 섬유체가 관찰되었다. 하지만 500 µg/mL DC-Chol(hydrochloride)이 존재하는 상황에서 이미지에 섬유 구조가 발견되지 않았다. DC-Chol/DOPE 양이온 립소섬은 강한 엔트로피 운동에 의한 표면 전기적 상호작용을 통해 CT-DNA를 적절하게 압축하고 밀집시킨다.Calf-thymus DNA(CT-DNA)와 양이온 지질 3β-[N-(N',N'-dimethylaminoethane)-carbamoyl]콜레스테롤 염산염(DC-Chol (hydrochloride))과 DOPE로 구성된 혼합 양이온 립소섬으로 구성된 립플렉스가 분석되었다. DC-Chol/DOPE 립소섬은 평균 유동역학 지름이 약 (120±10) 톤으로, 강한 엔트로피 운동에 의한 전기 상호작용을 통해 양이온 표면에서 DNA 단편을 압축하고 밀집시킨다. 50 mol% DODAC 또는 DC-Chol(hydrochloric acid), 그리고 20 mol% DSPE-PEG(2000)으로 준비한 공식은 순환 반감기를 6.5에서 12.5시간 사이로 나타냈다. DSPE-PEG(2000)으로 준비한 DC-Chol(hydrochloric acid) 공식은 PEG이 없는 대조군보다 피하 HT29 종양에서 세배 더 높은 쌓임을 보였다. DC-Chol(hydrochloric acid)은 거대세포내성 및 그레아틴 중재 내성 작용을 통해 세포 내로 흡수된다.

pH 7.4의 인산 버퍼에서 Aβ40 (30 μM)이 Speci-Mix 분사 혼합기에서 흡수되었습니다. 50 ng/mL 콜레스테롤-SO4, 500 μg/mL 콜레스테롤-SO4, 50 ng/mL DC-Chol (hydrochloride), 그리고 500 μg/mL DC-Chol이 존재하는 조건에서 Aβ40.

반응 조건

50/500 ng/mL DC-Chol (hydrochloride)이 Aβ40과 함께 17시간 동안 흡수되었습니다.

응용 분야

DC-Chol (hydrochloride)에 대해서, Aβ40 (30 μM)이 낮은 농도의 DC-Chol (50 ng/mL)와 함께 흡수되는 이미지에서 Aβ 섬유구조가 관찰되었습니다. 하지만 500 μg/mL DC-cholesterol이 존재하는 경우, 이미지에서 섬유 구조가 발견되지 않았습니다.
