LBP-14-NH 2 (TFA) is a lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-binding protein ( LBP ) inhibitor. LBP-14-NH 2 TFA interacts with LPS to form a complex and blocks the interaction between LBP and LPS. LBP-14-NH 2 TFA can be used in studies related to Gram-negative bacterial sepsis [1].
In Vitro, LBP-14-NH2 TFA is derived from residues 86-99 of human lipopolysaccharide-binding protein[1].
