LCAHA inhibits HCT116wt and HCT116 p53-/- colon cancer cells viability with GI50s of 0.87±0.09 and 0.96±0.29μM, respectively, and the LD50s of 27.8±3.9 and 26.5±0.1μM, respectively[1].
