Description of NB-7

NB-7 is a substituted pyridine derivative and SARM1 inhibitor. NB-7 can be used for the research of neurological disorders [1].

In Vitro, NB-7 (Example 12) is a SARM1 inhibitor with an IC50 value ranging from 1 to less than 10[1].
