Description

SLC6A8 corrector 1 is an orally active and brain-penetrant mutant SLC6A8 variant corrector. SLC6A8 corrector 1 can be used for the study of creatine transporter deficiency (CTD) [1].

In Vivo, SLC6A8 corrector 1 (compound 6; 30 mg/kg; oral gavage) increases brain creatine levels in heterozygous female mice[1].
